Professional Services 

Jennifer Butler is a Sole Trader offering Professional Services in Business and other Management Consultancy (NACE 70.22 in Ireland). I provide organizations and leaders with scoped operational or project-based insights, designs, capacity and tailored work products to focus on what is most valuable and best use of resources to achieve results in the timeframe needed. The menu of Jennifer Butler's current services is available via www.jenniferbutler.ie under 'Work with Me', and this offering of services continually  and without specific notice being updated, may be edited, and any service may be discontinued or adjusted to match the current business needs of Jennifer Butler and environment.

A 30-minute free consultation is truly offered free and at no ongoing obligation, for potential customers to assess the fit with and services offered by Jennifer Butler. Those who should attend/'Prospective Customer Criteria' are:

• The decision-and-change makers, 1-3 persons who are the leader(s) or trusted employee(s) of a business, charity, or local government organization registered in Ireland with greater than 5 employees (i.e., Founder + a team of 4 or more, for you to get the best benefit of my process efficiency and team adoption)

• Your organization is facing a business challenge or complexity rooted in operations, a project (not yet started or in progress), or a program of services/the customer experience (at the intersection of people/process/technology).  

• Those planning or expecting to become an Engaged Customer of Jennifer Butler with a project/engagement professional services start date likely in the next 8 months.

• The insights, professional services, and work products delivered by Jennifer Butler can be used with larger teams. Where the customer requests an in-person meeting as part of professional services, Jennifer Butler currently facilitates meetings of up to 15 professionals.

Beyond the 30-minute free consultation and/or initial email/correspondence with you, the 'Prospective Customer', a professional services contract supplied by Jennifer Butler, signed and dated by both Jennifer Butler and the 'Engaged Customer' will specify the terms of engagement, pricing for the scope of work, and agreed upon timeframe for delivery and payment. Any alterations will also need to be signed and agreed upon by Jennifer Butler and the Engaged Customer, as this is in both our best interest, in doing good business.

The scope of the Professional Services Jennifer Butler currently provides a Customer are:

• Jennifer Butler's time, professional expertise, and facilitation during our scheduled meeting times or via written or verbal consultation during the length of our agreed upon engagement

• The hours of Jennifer Butler's time and professional expertise scoped for the review of Customer's materials/information and/or creation of work products/reports/documents/visuals/timelines/project charters, requirements maps, etc., as scoped in our engagement letter/contract for professional services

• The fit-for-purpose single instance work products/documents/visuals/notes/timelines/project charters/requirements maps created specifically for that customer instance at that point in time

• Updates to the single instance work products/documents/visuals/notes/timelines/project charters/requirements maps created specifically for that customer instance at that point in time are not included in the scope of the professional services provided by Jennifer Butler (are out of scope), unless specifically agreed for a number of instances or length of time in your letter of engagement/Professional Services Contract with Jennifer Butler. For example, creating a Project Charter in a booking with Jennifer Butler does not entitle the customer to later updates to the Project Charter, a Project Plan, or implementation and measurement of the concept outlined in the Project Charter for the customer/customer's organization, unless specifically agreed in the letter of engagement/Professional Services Contract with Jennifer Butler.

• Customer agrees to accept the fit-for-purpose single instance work products/documents/visuals/notes/timelines/project charters/requirements maps created specifically for that customer instance at that point in time "as is" with no warranty or expectation ongoing. Customer acknowledges that Jennifer Butler has in past and may in future, but is not at this time offering professional services as the project/implementation manager for full-scale or technical/systems implementations. Jennifer Butler has a limited view into a customer's ecosystem of operations and services during our limited engagement, and the customer takes responsibility for errors or damages arising, including loss of data, existing integrations/workflows/automations, or revenue/up-time, should they choose to implement a concept/project in their systems. Customers are advised to complete a full risk assessment, including legal, operational, HR, GDPR and data compliance risk, prior to any planned implementation or launch, and to assign a designated project/implementation manager/director.

Jennifer Butler's designs, templates, general documentation, methodology, and any intellectual property, copyright, trademark or discoveries created, authored, or made by Jennifer Butler prior, during, or after the time of our agreed upon engagement or any engagement/contact with Jennifer Butler remain the property of Jennifer Butler as an individual with all her rights reserved.

Customers acknowledge that they receive dedicated time and attention from Jennifer Butler, and are not the sole/only Customer of Jennifer Butler, at any one time. Whether a prospective customer would like Jennifer Butler to review and consider signing a non-disclosure agreement in relation to customer's potentially sensitive information or proprietary concepts/processes is at the customer's discretion and the non-disclosure agreement must be provided by the customer and Jennifer Butler notified and prompted for review and signature prior or at the same time as the engagement letter/professional service contract is entered and agreed and prior to the customer providing any data or concepts the customer wishes to have covered under the non-disclosure agreement.  No agreement shall be construed or inferred as existing or being in force, even if it is applied to other contractors of an organization or listed generally in the organizations Terms and Conditions, unless it is expressly presented to and agreed by signature in writing with Jennifer Butler. Jennifer Butler will review all relevant requests, and retains her right of refusal to sign or engage with any party imposing, repeatedly requesting, or inferring a non-compete or unnecessarily restrictive non-disclosure agreement for the purposes of the scope of our work/engagement.

Jennifer Butler is committed to practicing within the scope of her professional expertise and insurance. Three things to know about this, 'ineligible work types', starting with
A) At this time, Jennifer Butler cannot bid work or onboard customers whose work is primarily in the agricultural, nuclear, construction/maintenance/installation works (including PSCS or PSDP), chemical mining, pharmaceutical, offshore, railways, aviation, marine, defence, political or political parties/candidates, designated activity companies, organisations whose primary business is the operation of a theatre or arts centre, gambling, banking or financial institutions, or recruiters/agencies/persons requesting services on behalf of another person/entity who is not directly engaging as the contracted customer of Jennifer Butler. At this time, customers will also need an Irish-registered/based business bank account to pay their invoice (in Euro currency). Jennifer Butler reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer audit/process, as needed, or when indicated by regulatory authorities (such as in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations). And, Jennifer Butler maintains her right to refuse to enter into or continue a contract or enter into further correspondence with any prospective customer or engaged customer who contacts Jennifer Butler, but is ultimately assessed to be fraudulent, not acting in good faith, committing such acts as that would give rise to civil and/or criminal liability, or primarily based in a category of goods/services/activities that would cause excessive risk or undue burden on Jennifer Butler's current scale of business operations and reputation (such as weapons manufacturing or shipment, adult entertainment, tobacco or vaping products, products/services related to or intended to cause harm to any living thing or the systems/processes/well-being of another). Engaged Customers and their employees/invited attendees to Jennifer Butler's facilitated meetings agree 1) to be in compliance with the house rules and terms and conditions of the agreed upon hosting facility, in-person or online (such as rented in-person commerical meeting space, or online meeting software such as MS Teams), and 2) not to enter or use such language, imagery, or information in or on the meeting premises, chat, or facilitation format as could be regarded as defamation, malicious, profane, hate speech/crime/divisive in nature, or which any reasonable person would consider objectionable in good judgment. All customers, users, and contacts must ensure the ideas they share (e.g., in project charters) are their own, and they are responsible for validating their sources and preventing infringement on the rights of others, and for researching their own needs and implementation of appropriate intellectual property, copyright, or trademark protection, as needed or wanted.  

B) Jennifer Butler's professional services and advice do not constitute and should not be taken as legal advice, taxation advice, investment advice, due diligence advice, HR compliance regulatory advisory, or medical or mental health advice/treatment. Appropriate professional guidance should be sought by the customer from another provider for topics listed here or identified in our ongoing correspondence or documentation of work products as out of scope from professional services provided by Jennifer Butler.

C) I am upskilling and reskilling all the time, the understatement of the year is that business world is shifting at a rapid pace, too. If you reach out to Jennifer Butler regarding a scope of work outside the scope of the tools and expertise I currently have in my business, I will be honest with you that, in the best interest of your prospective or engaged customer experience, I would recommend to 'no bid' / another vendor in that space, while showing you a high-level estimate of the costs and timeline of when I could perform such work.  

Jennifer Butler operates as a Sole Trader in Ireland with no employees at this time; as such, prospective and engaged customers will be working directly with Jennifer Butler, and engagements or contracts for professional services are accepted in the date order in which they are agreed, signed by both parties. Quotations or proposals for professional services are valid 30 days from the date on which they were issued by Jennifer Butler to the prospective customer. Jennifer Butler is currently not VAT-registered in Ireland, and not yet required to be VAT-registered in Ireland. Prospective and engaged customers understand that Jennifer Butler's pricing will be adjusted to include VAT and appropriate increases, at such time as needed. The price on a customer's quote or invoice will be valid for 30 days, unless regulatory, statutory, or tax authorities indicate it must be otherwise.  

Jennifer Butler reserves the right to cancel the online booking/TidyCal reservation of any prospective customer who, 1a) does not meet the Prospective Customer Criteria, 1b) whose industry or scope of work falls into the 'ineligible work types' specified above 2a) creates more than 2 online bookings within 48 hours, 2b) enters more than 2 online bookings/reservations within a six-month period without attending one for the full time specified (e.g., 30 minutes), or 3) has not paid an invoice due for more than the terms specified in the Service/Engagement agreement.

Please choose your booking time and date mindfully. And, sure, we're all human and Jennifer Butler will accommodate one request to reschedule per Prospective Customer, and two requests to reschedule per Engaged Customers in a 6-month period. 

Requests to cancel will first be accommodated as an attempt to reschedule; and, the Refund Policy will apply if we cannot reschedule within a 3-month time period. My pricing is fair and transparent, and any fixed costs such as rented meeting rooms, printing, or work completed, may still be charged to the customer, in the event of a cancellation or reschedule requiring those efforts to be reworked. Thank you for your understanding! 

Only customers who have a signed professional services contract or letter of engagement with Jennifer Butler are considered Engaged Customers with full rights and remedies offered by Jennifer Butler's Refund Policy and other policies; all others are Prospective Customers, members of the general public, or other.

Timeliness: To support best outcomes of any letter of engagement/professional services contract, both Customer and Jennifer Butler agree to act without undue delay and ask and answer clarifying questions when needed. As part of the letter of engagement/professional services contract, Jennifer Butler will facilitate the Customer identifying key dates and needed materials/data. Customers providing data that is incomplete, inaccurate, in a different format, or past the key date/due date may find their remaining dates or final delivery delayed by Jennifer Butler. Jennifer Butler strives for open communication and resolution of any discrepancies. Customers who repeatedly provide data that is incomplete, inaccurate, in a different format, or past the key date, or who do not follow up/communicate/provide information, may result in their letter of engagement/professional services contract being cancelled with Jennifer Butler.  

'Force Majeure', as is standard in many Terms and Conditions in the industry, Jennifer Butler cannot be held liable for delay in performance of an agreement or engagement due to events beyond any one person's realistic control, such as and not limited to, natural disasters such as flooding, severe categorized storms, and wildfires, acts of terrorism or war, riots and documented civil unrest, near the registered office of Jennifer Butler or impacting Ireland, and their related impacts on power/internet access/ability to travel, and any periods of government restriction such as on in-person meetings during the previous pandemic. Customer will be communicated with, and reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate, make acceptable modifications, or excuse a brief delay commensurate with the cause of the underlying event.

Awareness of Jennifer Butler's role named in a Limited Company in Ireland
Jennifer Butler incorporated on 08 April 2026 and is currently Sole Director and Sole Shareholder of a Limited Company in Ireland named SCÁTHÁNTACHT CONSULTING LIMITED (CRO register number 812908), currently being dissolved/struck off/wound up with advertised notice of such made per statutory requirement and vendors/invoices paid. The paid up Share Capital of the Limited Company is €1 (one Euro). Form H15 Application for Voluntary Strike-off was signed by Jennifer Butler on 18 June 2026 and filed with the Companies Registration Office, indicating that aforenamed Limited Company would not carry on further business, and assets and liabilities of the Company did not exceed €150 (one hundred fifty Euro).

Jennifer Butler decided to convert her efforts to operate as a Sole Trader, at this time, and operates as a Sole Trader, with no bearing on the process being completed to dissolve/strike off/wind up the aforenamed Limited Company.

Ongoing Transparency

The Terms and Conditions will be attached as part of a single document, appended to the professional services contract for the client's easy reference, review and acceptance. Important updates to the Terms & Conditions of doing business with Jennifer Butler will be published via this website with a version control date on the Terms & Conditions. To keep pace with regulatory, legislative, and business developments, the most current dated version of Terms & Conditions shall apply and supersede any other previously provided to the customer. If we are mid-scope-of-work or about to start work, Jennifer Butler will contact you via email to ensure you are informed of an update to the Terms & Conditions.

Customers may be contacted by Jennifer Butler to request a review, testimonial, or if a version of the work product may be used in Jennifer Butler's portfolio. Customers may opt out or refuse this ask at their discretion. As is typical in the industry and in best practice, Jennifer Butler does not require express permission to use or reference anonymized or generalized learnings or experience or update her templates and methodology based on continuous learning. 

Jennifer Butler does not personally implement or monitor any cookies, web beacons, or personally-identifiable tracking mechanisms from her website regarding customers/visitors/traffic; customers and visitors to www.jenniferbutler.ie acknowledge they are subject to the settings of their own web browser and internet connection and may be subject to the cookies, web beacons, or tracking mechanisms of the host of this website, any intermediary, or any third-party cookies or trackers to which the customer may have already consented or adopted.  

Final Disclaimer

All Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws and regulatory authorities of the Republic of Ireland and the EU. Any disputes or discrepancies with or arising from these Terms & Conditions shall give deference to and be subject to appropriate jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Jennifer Butler, Sole Trader in Ireland.

Depending on the severity of any suspected or known breach of terms, Jennifer Butler reserves the right to immediately block, restrict or deny access to any user or entity, while still allowing the appropriate 14 days to contest the business decision or advisable method under the governing laws and applicable terms and conditions. 

Jennifer Butler takes care and diligence to keep her systems and hardware virus-free and up to standards, and the recipient also bears a responsibility and is recommended to use appropriate anti-virus, policies, procedures, and safeguards in their systems and information.  

Lastly, if any one of the Terms & Conditions of business correspondence and engagement is later found to be invalid, void or unenforceable, it shall be stricken or disregarded and not invalidate the others in their entirety.  Where permitted by the governing authority, a valid, enforceable term or condition that matches the intent of the original and has been amended or read in view of the original intent by simple means such as adjusting grammar, wording, identified parties, or grouping shall be permitted to be in effect. I am pro-human, pro-good old-fashioned use-your-brain judgment; the bots reading this are absolutely raging, now.
