Originally from Chicago, a solid Midwesterner from the United States, I now live in the stunning coastal West of Ireland where I provide professional Business and Management Consultancy services.
I'm fully known as Jennifer Saenz Butler, Irish resident & American Citizen, married over 15 years to an Irishman who came on his J1 student visa to Chicago and then proceeded to send via An Post to me mix-tape styled music, Irish chocolate, and love letters for a year until I agreed to marry him.
I'm a lifelong learner and avid reader. An active mum to two young children, we love getting outdoors, particularly hiking and taking 'family adventures.' The four of us get out and about around Ireland, discovering its many beautiful cultural, historical and heritage sites.
Living and working in Ireland while bringing my experience and perspective from University and early career in the United States gives me a unique appreciation for both sides of the Atlantic, and I enjoy bringing that insight to the work I do with businesses and organisations.

The Notions: I excel in pattern recognition, iterative processes, comparing actual vs. expected outcomes, and the intersectionality of people/process/technology (in the customer/organisational experience). I am particularly able to integrate disparate concepts and information for a stronger product/experience.
In addition to my strengths in connectedness, achieving, maximizing. strategy, and intellect, I have always had a big heart, likely above average mirror neurons, empathy and ability to connect with the feeling in the room or process. Having always been deeply moved by music, imagery, and art, the work you will receive from me will be art-meet-science as well. Uniquely poised! Well-read and well-practiced over a lifetime, during some of the world's biggest workplace shifts. Not your typical consultant!
